Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Vizara platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Vizara provides AI search visibility monitoring, analytics, and optimization tools. The Service monitors publicly available AI engine responses to track brand citations, calculate visibility scores, and provide actionable insights. The Service includes web applications, APIs, SDKs, and background data processing.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Downgrading may cause loss of features or data capacity — you are responsible for managing this transition.

The Free plan is available indefinitely with the limitations described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with 90 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to monitor competitors' accounts or private data
• Resell access to the Service without a written agency agreement
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Exceed reasonable API rate limits or use the API in a way that degrades service for others

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you provide to the Service (brand names, queries, configurations). Vizara retains ownership of derived analytics, scores, and aggregated insights generated by the Service. You grant Vizara a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. API & SDK Usage

API access is governed by rate limits specified in your plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly. Vizara may suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse or threaten service stability. The TypeScript SDK is provided under the MIT license.

8. Service Level

Vizara aims for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Enterprise plans include formal SLA agreements with credits for downtime. AI engine responses are provided "as captured" — we do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party AI engine data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vizara provides visibility data and analytics for informational purposes. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through the dashboard settings or by contacting support. Vizara may terminate accounts that violate these terms or remain inactive for more than 12 months. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
